Regulations of the online store
§ 1
Preliminary Provisions
The KATARINA online store, available at the Internet address: www.katarina-sklep.pl, is run by Katarzyna Byczkowska, running a business under the name KATARINA - Katarzyna Byczkowska, with its registered office in 05-400 Otwock at ul. Poniatowskiego 13/3, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) kept by the minister competent for the economy, NIP 5321654831, REGON 017169697.
§ 2
Definitions
BUYER - a natural person or business entity placing an order in the online store
SELLER - an entrepreneur who is the owner of the online store
STORE - www.katarina-sklep.pl online store KATARINA
CONSUMER - buyer according to the provisions of the Civil Code
PRICE - product price including VAT according to Polish tax regulations
§ 3
Shopping
To make a purchase in the KATARINA store, you need a device with Internet access
A web browser that supports cookies
The total cost of the order is the price of the goods added to the basket, and any delivery costs.
The Seller provides a Buyers registration form
The selected product should be added to the cart
Before completing the order, choose the payment and delivery option
Accepting the basket is accepting the order
Placing an order is the conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement between the Seller and the buyer

Payments
Accepted forms of payment for orders placed in the KATARINA store:
transfer to Katarina's bank account
Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro payment cards
Through the Blue Media platform
PayPal
2. In the case of payment in advance, the store expects payment within 7 days.
§ 5
Order fulfillment
Order fulfillment time 3 days in the country and up to 10 days abroad
The store is obliged to deliver an order free from defects

4. The buyer is obliged to choose the form of delivery when placing the order
Other legal regulations, not described in these Regulations, are settled by the Civil Code
