I need 1 working day from the moment of posting the payment to prepare the shipment of the goods.
Delivery is made via:
1 Polish Post
2 Courier company
3 InPost Parcel Lockers
4 Personal collection (concerns the Otwock poviat and Warsaw)
The cost of delivering a parcel with a value equal to or higher than PLN 250.00 is borne by the Store.

The customer of the online store has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer bears the costs associated with the delivery of an undamaged product.
In the case of returning the product to the store, it is necessary to fill out the return form legibly and send it to the address of the Katarina company together with the returned goods. After receiving the parcel and the form, I refund the funds in the same form in which I received the payment.
